Associate Professor Dr. Kurbanbaev Djavod Aminbaevich

Dean of the Faculty of Education, Karakalpak State University, Uzbekistan

Dr. Djavod Aminbaevich Kurbanbaev is an Associate Professor and currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Karakalpak State University, Uzbekistan. Born on August 10, 1978, in Nukus, he completed his master’s degree in Uzbekistan State World Languages University in 2001. He began his academic career as a lecturer at the Department of English Grammar and History at Uzbekistan State World Languages University in 2000. Since then, he has held various leadership positions including Head of the English Philology Department, Deputy Dean, and currently Dean of the Faculty.  Dr. Kurbanbaev defended his PhD thesis on methodology of assessment of students’ communicative competence in 2011. His academic contributions include research on language    education, teaching    methodology, and   the integration of digital technologies in language learning. He published 8 books on methodology and more than 50 articles in Uzbekistan and abroad.

Professor Emeritus Dato’ Dr. Noraini Idris is currently President and Founder, National STEM Association, President IMT-GT Uninet STEM, Founder of Asia Pacific STEM Roundtable 2018, Professor Adjunct at University Malaysia Terengganu and Advisor to University Malaya STEM Centre, Professor Adjunct at University Malaysia Sabah. She gained her PhD from The Ohio State University, USA and has been entrusted with the position of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation) at Sultan Idris Education University from 2010 until 2018. Prior to this, she had been the Dean Faculty of Education at University of Malaya.  She published a variety of national and international academics publications to her credit and  is  a  Fulbright  Research Fellow, USA Subsequently, she presented papers both nationally and internationally and conducted several research with UNESCO, the British Council, Australian Universities and the Sumitomo, Japan. Among her distinctions are the Distinguished Diversity Enhancement Awards- the only Asian recipient for the project on Minority Young Scholars Project and the Graduate Research Alumni Student Award from Ohio State University, a Gold Medal for ITEX (Geneva, 2005) and Best Award and Gold Medal at MTE 2004 till 2020 such as designing assessment system, Educational Module, Gold Medal at ITEX 2005 till 2018 for designing Teacher Education Model and Innovation in STEM.  She is a renowned STEM champion. In 2018, she received the Japan Intellectual Property Association Award for Distinguished STEM and Visionary Leadership, followed by the Outstanding STEM Leadership Award from Croatia in 2019 for her contributions to STEM education in Malaysia. In 2020, she was honored with the International Recognition Award from INNOPA, Indonesia, for her efforts in cultivating STEM entrepreneurs.

She is a renowned STEM champion. In 2018, she received the Japan Intellectual Property Association Award for Distinguished STEM and Visionary Leadership, followed by the Outstanding STEM Leadership Award from Croatia in 2019 for her contributions to STEM education in Malaysia. In 2020, she was honored with the International Recognition Award from INNOPA, Indonesia, for her efforts in cultivating STEM entrepreneurs.

Dr. Azadeh Amoozegar received her Ph.D. in Educational Technology from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2018. She currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Education and Liberal Arts, INTI International University, bringing over six years of experience in higher education teaching and research. Dr. Amoozegar is actively engaged in the academic community, having reviewed numerous articles for high-impact journals across the field of education.

Her dedication to scholarly excellence is further reflected in her extensive publication record in reputable peer-reviewed journals and her frequent participation in national and international conferences, where she presents her research findings. Her primary research interests include online learning, Artificial Intelligence in Education, Education for Sustainable Development, adaptive learning technologies, and learning analytics. As a recognized expert in her field, Dr. Amoozegar is often invited as a keynote speaker at international conferences and academic seminars. She is also deeply committed to academic mentorship, actively supervising Ph.D. students and supporting their research development in her areas of expertise.

Dr. Midhun Chakkaravarthy is a distinguished academician, researcher, and corporate trainer currently serving as the Dean of the Faculty of AI Computing and Multimedia at Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Renowned for his expertise in artificial intelligence, big data, and cybersecurity, he has over 1,000 citations and an h-index of 16, reflecting the global impact of his scholarly work. Dr. Midhun has successfully led funded research projects, including GPU-based security platforms for big data and models for internet worm propagation, and holds patents in wireless sensor networks and 5G optimization.  As a strategic academic leader, he has designed and implemented interdisciplinary programs that align   with international educational standards, shaping the future of AI and multimedia education. He has established significant academic collaborations across China,  India, Vietnam,  Myanmar,and Kyrgyzstan, promoting global academic exchange and educational pathways. His holistic approach bridges the gap between academia and industry, empowering professionals with practical, high-demand technological skills.
