ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1) Abstract Length

• Minimum: 200 words
• Maximum: 250–300 words (recommended)
• Must be one paragraph unless stated otherwis

2) Abstract Format (Must Include These Headings)

Your abstract should contain the following elements:

1. Title of Paper
2. Author(s) Name
3. Affiliation / Institution
4. Email Address
5. Keywords (3–5 keywords)
6. Abstract Body (include the following content):

• • Background / Context (1–2 sentences)
  • Purpose / Aim of the Study (1–2 sentences)
  • Method / Approach (2–3 sentences)
  • Key Findings / Discussion (2–3 sentences)
  • Conclusion / Implications (1–2 sentences)

3) Formatting Requirements

• Font: Times New Roman
• Font size: 12
• Line spacing: 1.0 or single
• Alignment: Justified
• Margin: Normal (1 inch / 2.54 cm)

4) Language

• Abstract must be written in English
• Use clear academic language
• Avoid abbreviations (unless explained)

5) Submission File Type

Submit abstract in:

• MS Word (.doc/.docx) (preferred)
  or
• PDF

6) Naming of File

Use this naming format:

ICOGE2026_Abstract_FirstAuthorName_Topic.docx

Example:

7) Review and Acceptance

All abstracts will be evaluated based on:
