FULL PAPER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

1. Scope and Originality

Full papers should present original research, conceptual analysis, or critical reviews relevant to the conference theme. Papers must not be previously published or under review elsewhere.

2. Length of the Paper

The full paper should be 4,000–6,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.

3. Structure of the Paper

The paper should be organized under the following headings:

• Title of the Paper
• Author(s) Details (Name, Affiliation, Email)
• Abstract (150–250 words)
• Keywords (4–6)
• Introduction
• Review of Related Literature
• Objectives / Research Questions
• Methodology / Conceptual Framework
• Analysis and Discussion
• Findings / Results
• Conclusion and Implications
• References

4. Formatting Guidelines

• Font: Times New Roman
• Font Size: Title – 14 pt (Bold); Headings – 12 pt (Bold); Body – 12 pt
• Line Spacing: 1.5
• Margins: 1 inch on all sides
• Alignment: Justified
• Page Numbers: Bottom center or right

5. Referencing Style

All references and citations must follow APA 7th Edition (or the style specified by the conference).

6. Submission Guidelines

• File Format: MS Word (.doc / .docx)
• File Name: Paper Title Author Name
• Submission: Through the conference submission portal or official email before the deadline

7. Review and Acceptance

All papers will undergo a peer-review process. Acceptance is based on originality, relevance, clarity, methodology, and academic quality.

8. Presentation Guidelines

• At least one author must register and present the paper
• Presentation Time: 10–15 minutes
• Q&A Session: 3–5 minutes
• Slides: 8–12 PowerPoint slides summarizing key points

9. Publication

Selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings / edited volume / affiliated journal, subject to editorial review and plagiarism compliance.

10. Ethical Standards

Authors must ensure ethical compliance, originality, and proper acknowledgment of all sources.
