1. How can I submit my abstract for ICOGE 2025?

Deadline for abstract submission: 30th April 2025.
2. How long does the review process for abstracts will take?
Once submitted, all abstracts undergo a double-blind peer review process. After review, you will be notified about your abstract’s acceptance within two weeks.
3. What are the presentation formats at ICOGE 2025?
You can present in oral, poster, or online formats

5. How do I submit my full paper for the conference?

6. Can I present virtually?
Yes, presenters can submit e-presentations.

7. What is the deadline for submitting e-presentations?
The finalized PPT and e-presentation recording must be submitted by 15th June 2025. Make sure to follow the specific guidelines for submission. E-Presentations – ICOGE
8. Can co-authors attend the conference?
Yes, co-authors are welcome to attend, but they must register as a participant. A single registration only allows one person to attend.
9. How do I ensure my abstract is accepted?

After submission you will receive acceptance email and invoice for the payment.
10. Will my abstract be published in the proceedings?
No, we don’t include abstracts. Only Full papers will be published in the proceeding book.
11. What if I face issues with submitting my e-presentation?
If you encounter any issues during submission, you can contact the conference support team at icoge_organizer@lincoln.edu.my
12. How do I submit my full paper for publication?

13. Can I submit my full paper in Proceeding book?
Yes, All the papers are published in Conference proceeding book and selected papers have a chance to be published in Journals for more information Publication – ICOGE
14. What if I want to participate in both the physical and virtual formats?
If you wish to present physically and submit an e-presentation, you would need to submit both formats, following the respective submission guidelines for each. However, you should adhere to the presentation schedule and Q&A session requirements.
15. How will I receive my certificate?
Virtual Presenters receive the certificate via their email address and for Physical presenters’ certificate will be given at the end of each day of the conference.
16. I would like to participate as a presenter, but I don’t have yet any abstract?
You still have some time to send your abstract click this more information: Flowchart – ICOGE
17. Can I present and submit the abstract only?
Yes can. It is not compulsory to submit full paper. However, Full papers only will be included with conference proceeding will e-ISBN Number.
18. I am Non-Lincoln University College students, Is there any difference in the fees?

19. I would like to participate as a Participant, do I have to submit an abstract?
Participants are not required to submit abstract.
20. Do I need to use the sample available on your conference site for the presentation and paper?
Yes, It is compulsory that the conference templates to be used by all presenters. To get the template click on this link : E-Presentations – ICOGE
21. Is paying the fee considered acceptance of the abstract or another procedure?
After receiving acceptance of your abstract and the invoice to proceed the payment, you can complete the payment. Once the payment is done you need to send us the payment proof.
22. Is it necessary to submit my full paper?
No, it is not necessary but if you want your paper to be included in the proceeding of the conference you are advised to submit
